Wine & Art/Art of Mixology Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy helps ensure that instructors will be prepared with the correct supplies and that waiting list patrons are given sufficient notice regarding available seats. Cancellations can be made by email, over the phone or in-person. Cancellations must be made prior to 5:30 pm (close of Box Office) on the Monday before the event you are registered for. Cancellations made before 5:30 pm on Monday qualify for the following two options:
50% refund of the order
100% tuition transfer to a future Wine & Art/Mixology event.
Cancellations made after 5:30 pm on Monday will NOT be refunded or transferred.
The Schauer Arts Center may determine to cancel events not meeting the minimum number of attendees. If an event is cancelled, you will be contacted via email. Cancellations will be decided upon at the discretion of the Education Coordinator 48 hours before the event. If the Schauer Arts Center cancels a Wine & Art event, attendees will be offered the following two options :
Transfer to a future class.
Full refund of payment.
