Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, the Schauer Arts Center is not accepting donation requests at this time.
Thank you for your inquiry regarding a donation from the Schauer Arts Center for your organization and/or event. Supporting our community is an essential part of our purpose at the Schauer Arts Center. Due to the number of requests we receive, all ticket donations must meet the below requirements.
Donation Request Policy
The Schauer Arts Center would prefer that your request be made a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to your event. All requests need to be accompanied by a completed donation request application. The application may be submitted electronically or you may print a hard copy and mail it to the Schauer Arts Center (147 N Rural St, Hartford, WI 53027)
Requester must be a representative of an organization legally incorporated as a non-profit organization with the IRS with 501(c)3 status with a state, local, tribal or government agency. An organization may be granted a donation more than one time, however only one request will be honored per calendar year. The Schauer Arts Center retains the right to deny requests to any organization not meeting these requirements. It may be necessary to deny requests through no fault of the requester, due to a lack of available tickets and/or gift certificates. Filling out the application does not guarantee that the Schauer Arts Center will be able to fulfill your request.
Only donation requests for tickets, gift certificates, coupons, or other promotional materials will be accepted. Any monetary requests will not be fulfilled. Preference will be given to local organizations and events held within the Kettle Moraine area.
