Tuition: Audition participation is free. Tuition of $90 is required only if student is cast in the show. Tuition for students cast in the show is due Wednesday, August 10, 2022 and includes two complimentary tickets to either Friday or Saturday's performance.
The Missoula Children's Theatre presents Blackbeard the Pirate. Each year, Missoula Children's Theatre drives a little red truck all the way from Missoula, Montana to the Schauer Center. Two professional MCT tour actors/directors hold public auditions, casting local school-age children in an hour-long original musical. The cast rehearses for a week and then performs a fully staged and costumed show.
Students cast in the show must be available for all rehearsals and performances—no exceptions.
Rehearsals: Monday, August 8-Friday August 12 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Performances: Friday, August 11, 7:00 pm | Saturday, August 12, 2:00 pm
