AUDITION: Monday, March 2 Pre-registration for the audition is recommended. The audition begins promptly at 4:00 pm and no late arrivals are allowed. The group-style audition will last 90-120 minutes, facilitated by the Missoula staff members, and students must participate for the full duration. Parents/caregivers are welcome to observe the audition. Casting will be announced immediately following the audition. Auditionees should bring a packed dinner, so they are able to begin rehearsing that evening if they are cast in the show.

Before the first day of your child's class, please complete and return the 2025-2026 Schauer School of the Arts waiver via email to the Education Director at classes@schauercenter.org. If this isn't convenient, you may bring a hard copy to the box office Monday through Friday, 12:00–5:00 pm or give the waiver form to the instructor on the first day of class. Blank waiver forms will be available for parents to fill out on the first day of class if needed.
2025–26 SSA Waiver Form
REHEARSALS: Following the audition and casting on Monday, an exact rehearsal schedule for each participant will be distributed. The possible rehearsal time frames that your child may be required to attend are Monday, 6:15–8:15 pm; Tuesday - Friday, 4:00–6:00 pm, and 6:15–8:15 pm. Students cast in the show must be available for all rehearsals, no exceptions.
REGISTRATION/TUITION: Students cast in the performance will need to register for the production no later than Wednesday, March 4th. Tuition for Missoula Children's Theatre is $100/cast members & $75/crew members (includes two complimentary tickets for the show.)
