The Schauer Arts & Activities Center seeks business and/or corporate sponsorship support for its annual series of performing arts events. A variety of joint and exclusive sponsorship categories are available with varying benefits based upon level of gift. See below for benefits.Valid for events through 5-31-08. $300 - $749 SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
(joint performance sponsorship)

1. Business’ name included in print advertising pertaining to sponsored performance, pending printing deadlines (including series brochure with estimated distribution at 20,000 pieces minimum; and possibly flyers, newspaper ads, posters, press releases, etc.)
2. Business’ name acknowledged as a sponsor on the interior of sponsored performance playbook (distributed to a potential of approximately 600 patrons per performance)Business’ name printed on a sign and displayed in the main lobby during the sponsored performance.

(joint performance sponsorship)

1. Business’ name included in print advertising pertaining to sponsored performance, pending printing deadlines (including series brochure with estimated distribution at 20,000 pieces minimum: and possibly flyers, newspaper ads, posters, press releases, etc.)
2. Business’ name acknowledged as a sponsor on the interior of sponsored performance playbook (distributed to a potential of approximately 600 patrons per performance).

4. Business receives 6 (six) complimentary tickets for the sponsored performance.
5. Complimentary half (1/2) page ad in sponsored performance playbook (ad design services, however, subject to charge).

7. Live stage announcement by a Schauer Center staff member to acknowledge your business as a corporate sponsor of such performance.

$1500 - $2999 SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
(joint or exclusive performance sponsorship)

1. Business’ name and/or logo included in print advertising pertaining to sponsored performance, pending printing deadlines (including series brochure with estimated distribution at 20,000 pieces minimum; and possibly flyers, newspaper ads, posters, press releases, etc.)
2. Business’ name mentioned along with any broadcast media advertising/coverage of sponsored performance.
3. Business’ name listed on event title page in playbook for the sponsored performance (distributed to a potential of approximately 600 patrons per performance)
4. One (1) banner (3' x 10') or sign on easel displayed in mutually agreed upon area of the main lobby during the sponsored performance.  Banner must be provided by sponsor.
5. Business will receive 12 (twelve) complimentary tickets for the sponsored performance.
6. Complimentary FULL PAGE ad in playbook of sponsored performance (ad design services, however, subject to charge).
7. Complimentary listing as a “Schauer Business Supporter” in all 2007-08 Schauer season playbooks.
8. Live announcement on stage by a member of your business or by a Schauer Center staff member to acknowledge your business as a corporate sponsor of such performance.
9. Recognition of cumulative funding support on permanent lobby donor board display.
10. Business’ acknowledgement and possible link on Schauer Center web site.

TOP

$3000 + SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
(joint or exclusive performance sponsorship)

1. Business’ name and/or logo included in print advertising pertaining to sponsored performance, pending printing deadlines (including series brochure with estimated distribution at 20,000 pieces minimum; and possibly flyers, newspaper ads, posters, press releases, etc.)
2. Business’ name mentioned along with any broadcast media advertising/coverage of sponsored performance.
3. Business’ name listed on title page in playbook of sponsored event (distributed to a potential of approximately 600 patrons per performance).
4. One (1) banner (3' x 10') or sign on easel displayed in mutually agreed upon area of the main lobby during the sponsored event.  Banner must be supplied by sponsor. An exhibition-style lobby display is also permitted at this level of sponsorship.
5. Business will receive 26 (twenty-six) complimentary tickets for the sponsored performance.
6. Complimentary FULL PAGE ad in ALL 2007-08 Schauer season playbooks.
7. Complimentary listing as a “Schauer Business Supporter” in all 2007-08 Schauer season playbooks.
8. Business’ name printed on all tickets of sponsored performance (may not apply in the case of a joint event sponsorship).
9. Live announcement on stage by a member of your business or by a Schauer Center staff member to acknowledge your business as the corporate sponsor of such performance.
10. Possible opportunity for a private meet-and-greet reception with the featured performing artists (as determined and arranged in advance per consultation with Schauer Center staff).
11. Possible complimentary use of “The Lodge” or comparable Schauer Center facilities for your business to hold a private cocktail party or dinner reception for your invited guests prior to or after your sponsored performance, pending availability. (as determined and arranged in advance per consultation with Schauer Center staff).
12. Recognition of cumulative funding support on permanent lobby donor board display.
13. Business’ acknowledgement and possible link on Schauer Center web site.
14. Event sponsorship acknowledgement on electronic marquee located at the corner of Highway 60 and Rural Street, downtown Hartford, for a period not less than 2 weeks prior to the sponsored event.
15. Half-price rental use of Schauer Center facilities for a private social, meeting, or business function between July 1, 2007, and June 30, 2008, subject to availability.
