Become a "Friend" of the Schauer Center
The Friends campaign is the annual fund drive to facilitate day-to-day operations of the Schauer Center. Though on a smaller scale than Capital Campaigns, the importance of these yearly fund-raising efforts cannot be understated. Ticket sales, tuition fees, and facility rental income only go so far in covering the necessary overhead costs of a successful organization. In fact, annual contributions from individuals and businesses play a major role in keeping facilities like the Schauer Center vital and "open for business."

2. Continue offering affordable rental rates and enhanced performance opportunities to Schauer "resident tenant" community performing groups such as the Hartford Players, Hartford Community Chorus, Hartford City Band, and the Kettle Moraine Symphony.
3. Continue offering affordable rental rates and enhanced performance opportunities to area schools who utilize Center facilities for events (examples include Hartford Union High School, Central Middle School, Peace Lutheran School, Erin Elementary School, West Bend High Schools, and Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School).
4. Continue offering affordable rental fees and associated facility usage to other nonprofit groups for their activities. To date, a sampling of those nonprofit groups who have or will benefit from Center usage include: Slinger-Allenton Rotary Club, 4-H Club of Washington Co., The Threshold, Inc., Moraine Area Private Music Teachers Association, Friends of Abused Families, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Wis.
