What time does the Schauer Center open for a performance?
The Schauer Center main entrance and Box Office opens one hour prior to all events. The Ruth A. Knoll Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to event start time.
What assistance is provided for patrons with special needs?
Patrons with special needs should notify the box office in advance for attending events. Wheelchair seating, hearing assistance listening devices, sign language interpretation, are just a few of the services available by advance request.
Does the Schauer Center have an elevator?
Yes, there is an elevator that services the second floor of the facility.
Does the Schauer Center offer gift certificates?
Gift certificates are sold in any denomination. Gift certificates can be purchased in person, at the box office, during regular box office hours, Monday through Friday. They can also be purchased over the phone or on the Internet with a credit card.
