From company holiday parties, to high school reunions and anniversary celebrations, we want to make sure that you and your guests are impressed.  Here are just a few of the amenities the Schauer Center provides in order to make your event run smoothly.

Kitchen Facilities
Conveniently located on the second floor is a 400-square foot prep kitchen, offering an ample staging area for your caterer. The kitchen features a commercial refrigerator, standing freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and commercial sink.

Bar & Beverage Service
Fixed and portable bars on both levels are available for your entertaining needs.
All bars are staffed by our professional concession service and offer various beverages, with the exception of coffee, tea, water, and milk.

Parking & Accessibility
All areas on the upper level are easily accessible for guests and caterers via elevator or stairway. Free parking is available on-site and throughout downtown Hartford.

Technical Support
The Schauer Center can provide technical assistance with sound, lighting, staging, video, internet, and meeting conferencing.
