Paul Cebar pursues a musical concoction that is one part R&B, another Pan-African Lilt, Afro-Cuban by way of New Orleans Slither, qualified by Mid-Western Soul, and distinguished by a gargantuan regard for spoken English.  Together with his “dance band” quartet of tenor sax, upright bass, acoustic guitar, and vocals, they draw most of their repertoire from ‘30s, ‘40s, and ‘50s jazz.  PaulCebar.com
