Put on a show with the Schauer Community School of the Arts and Stagekids Community Productions / North Shore Academy of the Arts! Experienced staff will take your child through the process of putting on a musical which culminates in Schooltime Matinee and public Family Series performances. These performances are complete with costumes, scenery, playbooks, lights, sound, and ACTION! All registered students will be cast in the production, but are strongly encouraged to participate in the audition process.
Program Goals and Objectives:
· Introduction to vocal projection, articulation, choreography, and acting.
· Introduction to appropriate and believable stage movement.
· Fostering self-esteem and self-confidence.
· Nurturing friendships and learning cooperatively.
Registration is limited and taken on a first come-first serve basis. No fax or mail registrations are accepted for this program.

Rehearsals: Thursdays, September 22 - December 16.
Technical and dress rehearsals will take place January 2-12. A detailed rehearsal schedule, including times will be given at time of registration.
Grades: Entering 2-9
Performances: Friday, January 13 at 9:45 am, 12:30 & 7:30 pm and
Saturday, January 14 at 2:00 & 7:30 pm.
Tuition: $285 (includes show t-shirt, costume fee, and two complimentary tickets to one public performance). Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fee due upon registration.
Special Note: Students will need to be absent from school on Friday, January 13, 2012.
