Policies

Rehearsal Attendance
To reach the goals stated above, weekly attendance is necessary.  All members must attend 50% of rehearsals to perform in the final concert.  If any conflicts arise and students cannot make a rehearsal, please contact the Schauer Center.  You can do so by clicking here to send an email or by leaving a message at 262-670-0560, ext. 204.  You must contact us prior to rehearsal to be considered an "excused absence."  Possible conflicts include illness, death in the family or required dress rehearsal/performance for another ensemble.

Rehearsal Information
· Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to rehearsal.  Parent presence and supervision is required until the choir director arrives.
· Use the restroom before rehearsal starts so you don't miss important rehearsal time.
There will be a restroom break mid-way thru the rehearsal.
· Bring a water bottle labeled with student's name to each rehearsal.  The throat is a moving/vibrating mechanism and needs hydrating!  Having a water bottle saves repeat trips to the water fountain.
· Parents, family, and/or friends are welcome to observe our rehearsals.
· Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking up their student on time.
